Morning Preparations

The day starts early at M & N Remodeling, usually before the sun peeks over Lake Erie. By 6:30 AM, I’m checking the weather forecast and planning our workday around the conditions we’ll face on the job sites throughout Erie County.

First Stop: Material Pickup

7:00 AM finds me loading our truck with high-quality roofing materials. Safety equipment, shingles, underlayment, and tools – everything needs to be accounted for before heading to our first project of the day.

On the Job

By 8:00 AM, we’re at our first location in Harborcreek, where a complete roof replacement awaits. Our typical day includes:

• Precise shingle placement
• Continuous quality checks
